Stubborn leak took me 7 months to fix, I feel dumb
I had a slow drip in my bathroom sink that I ignored for way too long. Turned out it wasn't the faucet cartridge like I thought, but a corroded shutoff valve under the cabinet. After 7 months of tightening things and a puddle every morning, I finally called a plumber who swapped it in 20 minutes for $85. Has anyone else spent way longer than reasonable on a simple fix they could have just hired out?

Yeah I feel you on that one, that's a rough number. For me I started with a cheaper plan just to see if it would stick, like $30 a month for the first few months and then upgraded after I actually got into a routine. Your mileage may vary but I found that paying a little less upfront made it way easier to keep going, especially when I hit those slow months. What really helped was just showing up three times a week even when I didn't want to, that built the habit way faster than trying to be perfect from day one. Hopefully you find something that works better for you because that kind of money can definitely sting.
