Just got back from Nashville and the airport is a total mess

Flew into BNA last Thursday and it took 45 minutes just to get off the plane because there weren't enough gates. The terminal felt like a crowded bus station with people everywhere. Has anyone else dealt with that airport lately or was it just a bad day?

Walked through BNA last month and honestly the carpet in the concourse looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the 90s. There was this one guy next to me who dropped his entire Starbucks drink right by the gate and nobody even acknowledged it, just stepped around the puddle. Made me wonder if the whole place is held together with duct tape and good intentions at this point.

Girl, same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. It's like they packed a whole festival crowd into one tiny terminal.
