My stupid enlarger timer died mid-print last night
Honestly, I was doing a 12x12 in my darkroom in Austin and the timer just froze on 8 seconds, leaving the paper exposed way too long. I ended up having to guess the timing with my phone and now the print is toast. Has anyone else had a Gralab timer just quit like that, or should I just bite the bullet and get a new one?

Was it making that weird hum before it died? Mine started acting up when the contacts got dirty, but yours sounds like a total board failure. I'd just grab a new one, honestly. Darkroom time is too precious to babysit a finicky timer.
