Honestly I gotta push back on this. "Wrong temperature" sounds like you just blame the lab tech for something you should have caught yourself two years ago. If you were developing anything serious you would have checked the temp yourself instead of trusting some random setup. Thats like driving a car for two years and then saying "nobody told me the gas pedal was on the right." You had the same eyes and hands as the tech who found it. Own the mistake instead of acting like its a big discovery. Most labs run fine with temps slightly off anyway unless you are doing something super precise like PCR or enzyme assays.
