Pro tip: I spent two years loading film onto developing reels wrong and only figured it out when a darkroom tech asked why my negatives had weird curved streaks.
Turns out you're supposed to feel for the sprocket holes catching, not just force the film in like a stubborn receipt, and now I'm wondering how many rolls I ruined before someone told me.
