Spent 5 hours chasing a false alarm and it was a spider web

Last Tuesday in Austin, a customer's motion sensor kept tripping at 3 AM and I swapped the battery, checked the zone, even replaced the panel before I noticed the tiny web strung right across the lens. Has anyone else had a bug or spider cause a phantom trigger that drove them nuts?
