Rant: New panel firmware made my whole April schedule useless

I upgraded 14 systems in Denver with the latest firmware patch and suddenly three of them started reporting false cell tower loss every night around 2:00 AM. My old configurations from March worked fine, but now every site needs a separate antenna gain tweak after the update pushed through. Has anyone else seen this kind of behavior show up only after a patch, or am I just the unlucky one?
