I used to think keypads were the only way, until I hit my 50th install with voice control this year
I always told customers touchscreens and apps were just a fad, but after wiring my 50th voice panel this year I finally tried it at home myself. Now I'm wondering if any of you have had callbacks on those voice modules after a year or two, because I'm still not sold on the long term.

Well I'll be darned, I was in the same camp as you and swore by keypads for years. Wiring that many voice panels clearly rubbed off on you, because it got me to switch too.
