Hot take: keypads on the wall still beat phone apps for 90% of my customers
Installed a system in a house off Riverside Drive last month and the guy keeps calling me because he can't find the app icon on his phone, meanwhile his 70 year old mom punches in her code at the door without a second thought. Anyone else notice the folks who ask for app control are the ones who end up needing the most hand holding?

Riverside Drive guy probably has 40 apps and still can't find his garage door.
