Forked out $400 for a cellular backup module and saved my butt on a commercial job

I installed a brand new panel with a cellular cell for a retail chain last month and the customer's internet went down within a week. The system still phoned home and we got the alert about 3 burglaries before the ISP fixed the line. Has anyone else had that kind of return on a cellular backup or did I just get lucky?

Figure three burglaries in a month is pretty rare for most places. Does your area actually have that kind of crime rate or did the stars just align?

Read somewhere that burglaries often spike in clusters like that.
