Counted 312 zip ties in one panel last week and switched to screw mounts
Last Tuesday I finished a 40 zone panel in Reno and counted 312 zip ties I had used over the install, then spent 90 minutes clipping them all out when the customer wanted two sensors moved. I used to think zip ties were the fast way, but a guy on the crew said he switched to screw mounts after a similar mess and I gave it a shot on the next job. Anyone else ditched zip ties for good, or do you still keep a bag in the van for the tight spots?
