Can we talk about how my 100th sign-off snuck up on me?
I was going through my logbook last Tuesday at the hangar in Bakersfield and realized I just signed off my 100th annual inspection as an A&P. It hit me because my first one took me two whole days and a call to my old shop lead every hour. This last one was a straight four hours and I felt calm the whole time. I think the big change was learning to build a checklist that actually fits how I work, not just copying the book. I still catch stuff, but I trust my eyes more now. For the guys who've been doing this longer, was there a number where you finally felt like you knew what you were doing, or does it stay the same?
