Tried air frying chicken thighs straight from frozen vs thawed overnight, and I'm never planning ahead again
The frozen ones came out way juicier at 380 for 25 minutes, flipping once halfway, while my thawed batch got dry and rubbery at the same temp. Anyone else skip the thaw step or am I just lazy?
Checking the temp with a meat thermometer would tell you more than the frozen vs thawed thing, since the frozen ones just cook longer and end up at a safer temp inside. Frozen thighs are fine, but don't blame the thaw, blame not knowing when they hit 175.
