Shoutout to whoever mentioned tofu cubes in the air fryer
I've been trying to cut back on meat but every tofu recipe I tried came out soggy or rubbery. Saw someone on here say to press the block for 20 minutes then cube it and toss with cornstarch before air frying. Tried it at 375 for 14 minutes with a shake halfway and honestly it came out crispy like little chicken nuggets. I think my mistake before was skipping the cornstarch and using too much oil. Has anyone else had good luck with other coatings like panko or nutritional yeast?

Oh and I've heard people swear by nutritional yeast for a cheesy kind of flavor, I tried it once and it was decent but the cornstarch method is my go to now lol.
