Remember when frozen fries were the only air fryer thing?

Three years ago in my old apartment, I literally only made frozen fries and chicken nuggets in my first air fryer. Last month, I tried a recipe for crispy tofu that actually worked, and last week I made salmon with a maple glaze that turned out perfect. What was the first 'real' meal you guys successfully cooked in yours?

My first real win was air fryer pork chops.

Forget fancy recipes, frozen fries are still the best thing you can make in one.

Felix saying pork chops are a "real win"... I mean, okay? But is it really that serious? You seasoned some meat and threw it in a hot air fryer for 15 minutes. It's not exactly a culinary breakthrough. People act like making salmon with a maple glaze is some big achievement, but it's just following a recipe off Pinterest... It's still just a tiny convection oven at the end of the day. I'm happy people are trying new things, but let's not pretend we're all becoming gourmet chefs over here.
