My sister's tiny apartment kitchen in Brooklyn made me rethink my whole cooking setup

She had this little air fryer on her counter and made crispy tofu in 12 minutes with zero oil splatter. I used to think they were just for frozen fries, but now I use mine almost every day. Anyone have good veggie recipes that don't just turn to mush?

What kind of tofu did she use?

Honestly thought firm tofu was the only way to go for that dish. Seeing her use silken stuff completely flipped the script on texture for me. It just makes a better sauce, you know?

Yeah silken just melts into everything, right? Makes the whole dish feel more like a gravy. Have you tried it with the medium stuff, somewhere in the middle?
