My sister told me my wings were soggy and I finally fixed them
She said they were basically steamed instead of crispy. I was crowding the basket with maybe 8 wings at once. Dropped it down to 5 and flipped them halfway at 380 degrees and now they actually have that crunch. Anyone else had to learn the hard way about not overfilling?

Gotta ask though... did the texture change when you dropped the heat from 380 to 375 or did you stick with the same temp? That extra five degrees always seemed to make a difference on my end when I was dialing in the crunch.
