I was an air fryer snob until my sister's garage sale find

I spent 2 years telling anyone who'd listen that air fryers were just tiny convection ovens with a fancy name. Then my sister in Portland picked up a beat-up Cosori model at a garage sale for $8 and brought it over for our Sunday dinner. She threw in some frozen egg rolls and they came out crispier than my deep fryer does, no joke. Have you guys converted anyone after eating something that actually impressed you?
