Had a perfect air fryer chicken breast last Tuesday and now I'm chasing that high

I seasoned it with just salt, pepper, and garlic powder, cooked it at 375 for 18 minutes flipping halfway, and it came out so juicy and crispy that my kid actually asked for seconds, has anyone else had a random perfect batch that they can't replicate no matter what they try?

Maybe it's just me but that's the kind of flex I'd frame on the wall. My kid turned her nose up at mac and cheese last night, so I'd be buying that kid whatever they wanted. Good on you for raising a kid who actually eats.
