Frozen wings vs fresh wings in the air fryer - which side are you on?

I cooked frozen wings straight from the bag at my buddy's Super Bowl party last month and everyone raved about them. But my neighbor swears fresh wings taste way better and has a whole chart about thawing times. Which camp do you fall into and why?

Frozen wings from the bag come out perfectly crispy every time with zero effort, and my Super Bowl crew couldn't tell the difference either.

Ha! I wish I had that kind of luck with frozen wings. I tried the air fryer once and ended up with what can only be described as charcoal with sauce. My dog even turned his nose up at them. Meanwhile my buddy's wings from a bag come out like restaurant quality and I'm over here burning water.
