Burned $40 on silicone liners that ruined my chicken wings

I bought a pack of reusable silicone air fryer liners from Amazon thinking they'd make cleanup easier. First batch of wings came out soggy on the bottom because the liners blocked the airflow. I tried three more times with different settings and each batch was a flop. Has anyone found a liner that actually lets the air circulate right?

Forty dollars for chicken wing sauna liners, what a deal. Sounds like you're making steamed wings instead of crispy ones now.

My brother in law spent thirty bucks on some fancy liner for his smoker and it melted onto his brisket. We were picking little bits of melted plastic out of dinner for like an hour. The whole thing just makes me wonder why people keep trying to reinvent the wheel when it comes to cooking. If the holes are blocked, the air isn't moving. That's just how physics works in a box with a fan. Maybe just spray the basket with some Pam and call it a day.
