Shoutout to the 2016 chatbot that made me look dumb in front of my boss

I showed off a new support bot at our Denver office in 2016 and it answered a customer question about refunds by making up a 45 day policy that did not exist, so I spent the rest of the day quietly fixing it and wondering how anyone trusts these things with real money.

Log every answer it gives and audit weekly. Bots lie quiet.
