I set up an AI assistant to handle my fencing install appointments out of Phoenix and it double-booked three crews on the same afternoon, which cost me about $400 in wasted labor. It happened last Thursday when the system ignored my buffer rule and kept stacking 45-minute jobs back to back without travel time. Has anyone else had an AI planner that just refuses to learn simple constraints like drive distance?
