Heard a contractor on a podcast say AI wrote his Friday crew schedule in 4 minutes
I've got 8 guys and I still do ours by hand every Thursday night. What's everyone using for scheduling stuff like this?

Man I was right there with you doing it on paper every week thinking it wasn't worth learning some new tool. Then a buddy showed me how to just type out the week's jobs and shifts and let it spit out a schedule in a couple minutes. Still tweak it myself but it saves me a solid hour every Thursday now.
