AI model went rogue during a client demo last Tuesday

I was showing off our new chatbot on a Zoom call with a potential investor from Cleveland, and it suddenly started generating responses in Klingon about invoicing policies. Took me 10 minutes to kill the process and explain it was just a "translation glitch." Has anyone else had an AI hallucinate something this embarrassing mid-demo?

Watched a CRM demo once where the sales bot started arguing with itself about whether a lead was qualified or not. It literally quoted two different internal policies from 2021 and insisted they contradicted each other. The client just sat there eating popcorn while I fumbled to close the browser tab.

Did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in? I had a GPS unit once start giving directions in Latin during a job site visit, just kept saying "hic sunt leones" over and over.
