Rant: I fought with an AI for 2 hours trying to get it to draw hands, then just typed 'hands hidden behind back' and it worked
I've been messing around with AI image tools for a few weeks and every single time I tried to get a person holding something, the hands came out looking like twisted breadsticks. Last Tuesday I burned almost 2 hours in one sitting just re-rolling prompts with words like 'perfect fingers' and 'realistic hand' and got nothing usable. Then I gave up and tried 'woman standing with hands behind her back' and the very first image looked like actual art I'd hang in my hallway. My 9 year old saw it and asked which museum it came from, which felt like a win. So is hiding the hands cheating, or is it just knowing the tool's limits like any other artist does?
