My prompt for a sad robot painting gave me a clown party

I was trying to make a deep, moody piece about a lonely robot in a rainy city, typed in what I thought was a solid prompt, and the AI gave me a bright pink robot surrounded by confetti and laughing clowns. It happened three times in a row last Tuesday. Has anyone else had an AI just completely ignore the mood you were going for?

Last Thursday I asked for a simple black cat on a fence. Got back a neon green lizard wearing a tiny cowboy hat, riding a unicycle. It was holding a sparkler. I swear these things have a secret comedy mode that kicks in when you least expect it. The mood whiplash is real.
