Hit 10,000 prompts on Midjourney and finally admitted AI art is real art

I hit 10,000 generated images this week and realized I've spent more time tweaking prompts than I ever did learning to paint. It's the same creative struggle just different tools, so why gatekeep what counts as art?

10,000 prompts is a lot but that's not really the right way to count it though. I know plenty of digital painters who spend hours on a single piece using a stylus and their hands get just as sore as any traditional artist. The callouses thing is just gatekeeping with extra steps. My cousin is a graphic designer and she gets wrist pain from her drawing tablet all the time. Art is about the process of making something from nothing not about how rough your fingertips feel.

10,000 prompts and still no callouses on your fingers. Guess that makes it the opposite of art then.
