Figured out the one weird trick to getting into that boarded-up asylum outside Detroit

I kept hitting dead ends with the main entrance until a local historian told me to check for a basement window on the north side that's usually blocked by overgrown bushes, and sure enough it was wide open after a storm last month; has anyone else found hidden access points that totally change your explore route?

Was that storm damage the only thing that got you through or were there other clues?

The roof leak was the big one. Found the cold spots last.
