Checked out the old textile mill in Lowell and the sheer amount of graffiti is ruining the vibe.

It's a historic site, not a canvas for every tagger in eastern Massachusetts, and it completely overshadows the actual decay and stories in the brickwork.

Reminds me of finding my grandpa's old workshop, where his faded pencil marks on the wood told a better story than any spray paint ever could.

I used to love finding tags in the city, but seeing that old Lowell mill changed my mind. The spray paint just covers up the real history.
