The old train station in my town gets like that sometimes. I don't find it heavy though, more like peaceful. All those stories are just part of the place now, like the worn wood on the benches. That quiet feels full, not empty.

@wyatt_ross27 See, I gotta push back on that a little. That heavy feeling you're talking about? To me it's more like the station is just holding its breath, waiting for the next train to roll in and give it life again. @susanh46 called it peaceful and full, and honestly I think she's onto something. Maybe the quiet isn't weighted down with stories, maybe it's just the calm before the next chapter starts.
