Wasted $15 on a beat-up 1950s toaster at a garage sale
Saw this chrome Sunbeam toaster in a pile and thought it was a steal. Got it home, plugged it in, and the thing sparked so bad I had to throw it out the back door. Anyone else get burned by old appliances that looked cool but were basically fire hazards?
