The 17-40 becomes a 27.2-64 and the 24-105 becomes a 38.4-168. That is with the 1.6 crop factor of the 30D.

I use the 17-40 a lot and like it but am considering the 24-105 because of the the extra reach it supplies

Still traveling the country and photographing - getting a lot of assignments which seem to pay well enough to keep me going.

Am headed to Galveston to photograph Ike damage and then Louisiana to photograph Gustav damage. After that to the French Quarter in New Orleans for 7 days of photographing the historic aspects of the Quarter and then down to Florida

About two years ago I started using models(?) (good looking gals) in my stock photography
